Welcome to Silvercat Wedding Cars. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
- Prices include GST and are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur full payment.
Car Availability
- We strive to provide the exact vehicles booked. In rare cases of unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar quality and style.
Getaway Service
- The Getaway Service is offered as an add-on and involves transporting the couple post-reception.
Viewing the Cars
- Clients may arrange to view the cars in person by contacting us to schedule a suitable time.
Chauffeur-Driven Cars
- All vehicles are chauffeur-driven; no self-drive option is available for any vehicle, including the Porsche 356.
Liability
- Silvercat Wedding Cars is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Damages
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party will incur repair costs.
